Edge HD EAF clutch kit

Celestron Edge HD and SCT clutch kits. Add autofocus without losing the ability for visual observing or manual focusing!  Each kit includes everything you need to mount the EAF including the belt and hardware. This kit is designed to be tight and compact unlike the bulky universal brackets sold by ZWO.  This is the most compact and versatile kit on the market. Fits EDGE HD models and Celestron SCT scopes (might not fit older SCT models).

To install-

1- Remove the EDGE focusing knob cover and install the bracket on the EDGE using the M3 socket cap bolts.

2- Install the pulleys on the EAF and EDGE focusing knob. Tighten the sew screw (do not over tighten, 2 finger tight is all that’s needed)

3- Position the belt over the lower pulley and use the included M4 hex bolts to install the EAF onto the bracket. Do not tighten these bolts yet. 

4- Align the belt onto both gears. Slide the EAF away from the focusing knob to tighten belt. Light tension is all that is needed, Do not over tighten the belt. Use an open end wrench to tighten the hex bolts.
